Our story
Rohdan Construction Limited was incorporated in October 2022 by Rohit Gumber. The name "Rohdan" reflects the combined ambitions of its directors — a straightforward team that gets on with the work.
In 2025, Mohsin Nisar joined as co-director, bringing additional expertise and capacity. Together, Rohit and Mohsin run a hands-on, multi-trade outfit covering shop fit-outs, general construction, electrics, plumbing and building maintenance across Essex and England.
We're registered under SIC code 43390 (building completion and finishing), reflecting our core focus on delivering completed, finished projects — not half-done builds handed to someone else to finish.
Based at 36 Sir Isaac's Walk in central Colchester, we serve homeowners, landlords and businesses across Essex and take on projects across England.
